The International Academy of Catholic Leaders was founded in 2006 to train leaders in the fundamental knowledge, competences and skills needed to transform the social, political, and economic world in light of the Church's Social Doctrine. The Academy is now present in more 40 dioceses across 14 countries in two continents (America and Europe) and has trained more than 35000 students.

The Faculty of Law, Business, and Government at Francisco de Vitoria University is a community of more than 3500 students and more than 130 full time professors united by a common passion for the global common good, which they promote through teaching, research and outreach activities, in partnership with institutions from all over the world. The faculty integrates undergraduate, master's, and executive education programs, a Research Center for Global Common Good, and the Isabel la Católica School of Government and Leadership. The latter was founded in 2023 to identify, train and accompany servant leaders that work tirelessly and generously for others, particularly those most at risk from the challenges of the epochal change in which we live.

The GLP is a three years long, hybrid program, directed to a small group of young, high-potential and service oriented university students who are in their first, second or third of their undergraduate degrees and who want to combine their university degree with a program that will help them develop the knowledge, skill and attitudes needed to devise solutions to the great challenges facing Europe in a way that promotes the common good. The GLP adopts  a challenged-based, hands-on, methodology that will bring together students and top European leaders and academics. The GLP is organized by the Isabel La Católica School of Government and Leadership at Francisco de Vitoria University, in collaboration with the International Academy of Catholic Leaders and with the support of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, COMECE, and IFCU.To know more about the GLP and to register
